- No responsibility can be accepted for shrinkage or for damage to any articles or for defects becoming apparent during treatment which are due to defective manufacture adulteration, deterioration or wear and exposure.
- Quality of texture, colour, trimming, buttons etc. are entirely at owner's risk.
- It is impossible to check complete articles at the time of receiving loads. Hence, on the final checking at out bit is to be accepted as it is. Request you to check your garments beforehand and let us know
- In case of garments/articles are lost, misplaced or damaged, the company woll pay 15% of the cost, unless proved otherwise.
- Clients are requested to examine their garments before sending them to the laundry as the company will not be responsible for any valuable loss.
- All artificial silk, chiffons, organza washed entirely at owner's risk and cotton base article are not guaranteed for colour.
- Urgent washing is done entirely at owner's risk.
- It is not possible to check the complete articles at the time of receiving, Hence on final checking at our works to be accepted as is where is.
- In case of goods being lost or damaged by fire, the claim will be paid proportionate to the insurance claim received, as all the garments are covered against fire risk.
- The company does not assume responsibility for delivery of goods on the date mentioned on the bill due to cause beyond its control such as weather, breakdown, strike or shortage of labour etc.
- Delivery time is depending on the locality and distance from our stores. Thereby, delivery charges may vary.
